On Friday, August 25, the long-awaited bee festival took place in our kindergarten and it was undoubtedly a complete success. The fortunately sunny weather and the beaming faces of the children helped to make this day an unforgettable experience.

The bee festival had a double meaning - it not only celebrated the arrival of the wild bees and the daycare center, but also taught the children a lot of interesting facts about the important role of these insects in our environment.

The event began with Lucy Lindner's (FSJ student) performance on the saxophone. Afterwards, the children and their parents were able to take part in numerous bee-related activities.

In addition to the educational activities, there was also plenty of fun and games. The beaming winners of the bee rally received small prizes donated by Günther.

The parents were equally enthusiastic about this special celebration. We would like to take this opportunity to thank many parents for their active participation and support.

The bee festival was undoubtedly a great success and will be remembered for a long time, not only by the children, but also by the parents and teachers. Not only did it raise awareness of the importance of bees in our environment, but it also showed how fun and enjoyable learning about nature can be. We hope that such initiatives will continue to take place in the future and help to promote children's interest in nature and its conservation.
